Since I have 2 little boys, I don't get to make girly things too often. So for my niece's birthday I made her a tutu. I made the no sew kind where you cut strips of tulle and then square knot the tulle onto a piece of elastic. My boys wouldn't model the tutu for me so I had to use a big water bottle to test it on. 
I liked how it turned out. I hope my niece likes it.
