I can't Photoshop Everything...Plastic Surgery Gone Wrong

I had another friend ask if I could try and help her with a picture that had gotten ink on it. I told her I could "try" but I was really nervous about the lady's face.

Can we say plastic surgery gone wrong? I'm sure you can guess what my response was to my friend..."you better find someone else to help you." I guess I can't Photshop everything yet, maybe someday.
