Smoothie Popsicles

We used to have something similar to these popsicles molds when we were growing up.

My mom would make kool-aid and make them into popsicles for us. The other day I made some smoothies and decided they would make great popsicles and it would get my boys to eat more fruit. I got the Popsicle molds at IKEA for around $4.25.

After the popsicles were ready to eat, the boys decided they didn't like all of the seeds in the popsicles. :( I enjoyed eating them, but maybe next time I will try and strain out the seeds for the boys so they will eat them.
