We went and picked strawberries earlier this week at a nearby farm. The kids had fun for about the first 15 minutes and then the novelty wore off. They decided it was much more fun chasing dragon flies. :) In the end we ended up with a good amount of strawberries.
The next day I made freezer jam from the fresh strawberries. It is so good.
