Two Tone Pictures

My friend Shirley asked if I knew how to make pop art in Photoshop. She showed me the picture and gave me the link to the tutorial she saw. I attempted it, but don't know if I succeeded. I had a hard time getting bright colors.

Here was a Picture of my baby #2 it was taken when he was 9 days old:Here is my 1st attempt, I kind of liked the softer colors.

What I found was the most helpful was to drag the points around and played with them until I got what I liked.
