A friend of ours made these the other day and I wanted to try them too.
Instead of using baker's chocolate I used white chocolate and made the balls a little bit smaller then they called for so they were bite size. They are pretty rich, but pretty good.

These are really good. Someone made them for me as a Christmas treat. They dyed the white chocolate red and green and put them on lollypop sticks.
