I came across this picture today, it is a gift I made my mom for Christmas. My sister-in-law made something similar to this years ago and thought it was a cute idea. Since I own a vinyl company, A Nice Thought, I did the vinyl. The hearts and ribbon I bought from Roberts Arts & Crafts and the hooks from Home Depot.
