A technique I saw on a page

I was looking through some pages of digital scrapbooking ideas and I saw a really neat technique that I liked. After doing some tutorials today, I wanted to see if I could recreate the technique I saw. I was able to do it. Sorry there is no tutorial, but if you really want to learn I'm sure I can at least try to explain how to do it. I guarantee you will see this technique in future scrapbook pages. =)
