A Hat for our friend's baby

I found some yarn at the Dollar Store the other day, the only problem was it was pink. Since I don't have a little girl to crochet for I made this cute hat for our friend's little girl. I used the same pattern that I used for the Elmo hat.

I made the flower by taking apart artificial flowers and putting the petals together with a jewel brad. I attached the flower to the hat with a snap that I hand sewed to the flower and the hat. That way the flower is removable when the hat needs to be washed.

I hope our friend's little girl likes the hat.
