Apples, Apples and more Apples

My sister came over today and we went to an apple orchard. It was quite the adventure, but an hour and a half later we each had 1/2 a bushel of apples. We used our apple corer, peeler and cutter to make some apple sauce and some fruit leather. We used this recipe: http://simplyrecipes.com/recipes/how_to_make_fruit_leather/

We made some of the fruit leather in the oven and dehydrator. It tastes pretty good, but I am excited to make other flavors of fruit leather.
